Passengers struggling with baggage trolleys

Above is what I witnessed in the few minutes I was there yesterday. The steps are of course less frequented when the main walk-way is a gradual slope. Why do we then have these steps, I just wonder.

Another observation I had was the roaring of a generator at the arrival hall - behind counter 26. Of all the places that could produce their own electricity for economic reasons, the arrival hall is perhaps not where you want to produce unnecessary and unpleasing noise. A job well done for all the nagatives.
