Reckless undertakings

A few days ago I came across a Maldive Gas truck loaded with more gas cylinders than the truck can neatly carry on its deck. As noticeable from the picture below one stack of cylinders stood above the deck and were tied by rope. This is not good enough ~ companies that take unjustified risks must be held responsible. Besides, should a risk materialise, victims are likely to be left in far worse condition than they were and they must be compensated. Third party insurance must therefore be forced.
